With the help of members of the already long established Dover Rotary Club, the Rotary Club of Jefferson Township was founded on February 23rd 1965, the past fifty six years our club has been fortunate to foster the growth of multiple Rotary Clubs like Dover Rotary had done for us. We our proud of our roles in the formation of the Hampton Rotary Club, Highland Lakes Rotary Club, Lake Hopatcong Rotary Club, and the Indian Rocks Beach Rotary Club (founded by our Past Club President - Louis Gregor Sr.) As we enter our 55th year we are proud to have helped local families in need, supporting local food pantries both in Sparta and Jefferson Township, supported Rotary Internationals End Polio Campaign, participate in the Gift of Life Program , scholarships for local High School Seniors, assisted homeless veterans . We have been instrumental in countless other ways our club has and continues to be an active vibrant part of Jefferson Township and most recently have added the area of Sparta. Our membership looks forward to the next 50 years of serving the Jefferson Township.
